Over 30 years of experience in ensuring client satisfaction we have developed what we call the Benchmark Process. Every project goes through five stages where we systematically understand the client’s needs; define the project boundaries based on the client’s operational context; ideate and design the best possible solution; procure resources and implement the solution; and finally, first test, then move to commission the project deliverables. At every step we review and revise, and sometimes even cycle back one stage to make sure all ground is covered.
In the wake of the Covid-19 global pandemic now more than ever the power of technology to connect is an asset we at Benchmark Broadcast are making the most of. We take health and safety seriously. We were among the first to shut office in Singapore on March 12, 2020, followed by offices in Delhi and Chennai. We also recalled all our engineers from various project sites and reunited them with their families. But our work has not stopped. As an organisation that works with networks everyday, we are fortunate to be able to work from home. Let us spare a thought for those who cannot afford to.
