Benchmark Broadcast was appointed by Singapore’s largest media conglomerate and national public broadcaster, Mediacorp Pvt. Ltd. to upgrade its newsroom. The project was awarded following a rigorous tender and mulitple evaluation process to assess technological expertise with special emphasis on acumen in working with latest technology. As part of the assignment Mediacorp’s existing legacy newsroom was migrated to Octopus NRCS in a smooth transition that has become the hallmark of Benchmark Broadcast projects.
The project also required installation and onsite training services and additional day-to-day support of more than 500 users on Mobile and PC systems throughout different workday shifts.
